  I lost both my grandfather and my mother within two months of one another. Webb Noonan Kidd did a beautiful job taking care of both of their services. I especially appreciated the time and care with which Erin took with my family in both situations. She was very kind and patient, and she was careful to follow our wishes as well as religious preferences throughout the ceremonies. My family and I are truly grateful for the way Erin and Webb Noonan Kidd took care of us during that difficult time in our lives.

  My Mother passed away in November of 2015 and we decided to use Webb Noonan for her funeral services. I appreciate how they worked with the family and how the during the entire process they treated us with the utmost respect, reverence, and dignity. Thank you Ryan and all of the Webb Noonan staff for your professional service during this very difficult time.

  TERRIBLE! Very cold and unfriendly female staff person. No chairs set up.No greetings or directions as to where the viewing was taking place. Staff person insisted on an hour's worth of unnecessary paperwork for the widow, during the viewing. We have been to funerals for dogs that were more compassionate. NEVER use this place again! Claimed they needed to charge extra fees to store the body for several days until death certificate arrives.How can this be when he died in the E.R.? Displayed the deceased on a metal coroner's table with a sheet! OMG the family would have brought a blanket and chairs if they knew how terrible Mike would have been displayed. Like a bad movie identifying your loved one. Even SVU tries to be respectful. The lady refused to allow friends and co-workers to attend viewing. Yelled at the daughters that their roses weren't allowed to be placed on the body. The woman that worked the Corsmeier viewing 2/28/15-weekend should be fired!

  Merry Christmas to all of you. You held the funeral for Jaelynn Hope McKinney my grandbaby. Then you held the memorial for her brother Aaron Wesley Roark,jr. You were so kind and helpful during our grief. Then their mom rachel lost another baby born too soon. Recently she gave birth again at 24 weeks gestation I thought our grand son would need your services at 1 lb4 oz I couldn't imagine him surviving so tiny and frail. Born Oct 20th he is still in NICU at Kettering hospital. He has seen ups and downs but now beginning to grow 2 lbs 4 oz. Thank God for this micro premature baby Ozzy. So glad I didn't have to call for your services but so thankful you are always there and I feel you are a part of our family. Your services and staff are amazing especially with loved ones who lost a child.
